Our Story
What began as a love of baking, experimenting with recipes, and sharing food with friends and neighbors grew into something more intentional — a business centered on making people happy through warm, thoughtful, from-scratch baking.
Good Company Baking isn't trying to be a giant bakery with an endless menu. The goal is to do a focused collection of things exceptionally well, keep creating, and build genuine relationships with the people who enjoy them.
Featured
A bakery-style chocolate chip cookie made with deeply browned butter for a rich, toasted, caramel-like flavor. Packed with dark and semisweet chocolate, finished with flaky sea salt, and baked for crisp edges and a crinkly top while keeping the center soft, chewy, and gooey. A Good Company signature.
A rotating selection of high-hydration, small-batch focaccia with a golden, crisp bottom, airy interior, and deeply flavored olive-oil crust. Flavors will change regularly, giving the bakery room to be creative while keeping the menu fresh. Past and developing varieties include sesame and everything-seasoned focaccia, with additional savory and potentially sweet shelf-stable combinations to come.
A soft, pillowy, generously swirled cinnamon roll with a buttery cinnamon-sugar filling and a tender, gooey center. Finished with a smooth shelf-stable sweet glaze rather than a cream cheese frosting, giving it that classic cinnamon-roll finish while keeping the product practical for the bakery's approved shelf-stable menu.
A rich, buttery scone loaded with creamy peanut butter and chunks of peanut butter cups. Crisp and golden on the outside with a soft, tender center and plenty of chocolate-peanut butter goodness in every bite.

[Lead time — e.g. "24–48 hours"] for most items. Rotating items like our weekly focaccia may sell out faster since batches are limited, so ordering early is the best way to make sure you get what you want.
-
Yes — when a rotating flavor is live, it'll show up in the shop like any other product. Once it sells out or the week's batch changes, the listing updates, so what you see in the shop is always what's actually available.
